Dear Diary,


The kids are trying to kill me, I am certain of it. I have a viral infection that is commonly found in young children. Hmm wonder where it came from?? Today marks day 8 of this excruciating pain in my throat. I was beginning to improve and then BAM this morning I woke up with ulcers covering my throat AGAIN. So, now I am headed BACK to the doctor. I can't eat, I can barely swallow water. They are trying to killlllll meeeee!!

Dear Diary...

Hi y'all! My name is Jessica, I'm 21 years old and I teach K4. I am also attending the University of South Alabama pursuing a degree in elementary education.Last week I was talking to my mother about a crazy random thing one of the kids at work had done and a light bulb went off inside my head. I thought, hey, I should start blogging about this stuff! This is actually my second blog. I was first introduced to blogging last semester when I had to create a blog for class, which is still active and you should check it out, I learned some pretty neat stuff in that class :)  I have 12 students in my K4 class, 8 boys and 4 girls. They drive me ABSOLUTELY crazy at times but I love them so much. They have all found their way to a special little place in my heart and I know I will be sad when next summer ends and they move on to to Kindergarten. This is my first experience in preschool by the way. I have been working with kids at my church as well as at church camp for years, but trust me, I was in no way prepared for some of these experiences. So basically, I created this blog to be an online diary of my experiences as a preschool teacher.
